Our custom sets are designed around you — your outfit, occasion, colour palette, inspiration or idea. Whether you’re looking for something subtle and wearable or something more statement, each set is created individually and made to your chosen shape and size.

Perfect for weddings, events, holidays, birthdays, special occasions — or simply because you have something specific in mind.

How It Works

1. Tell Me Your Idea

Start by getting in touch with as much or as little inspiration as you have.

You can send:

  • Outfit or dress photos

  • Colour swatches

  • Moodboards

  • Jewellery or accessory inspiration

  • Reference images

  • A general theme or feeling

  • Examples of AltogetherNails designs you already love

You don’t need to have the full design worked out — that’s part of the process.

2. We Create Your Design

Once I have your ideas, I’ll work with you to create a design that feels personal while still keeping the AltogetherNails aesthetic.

This may include:

  • Custom colour combinations

  • Nail art inspired by an outfit or event

  • Changes to an existing AltogetherNails design

  • A completely bespoke set

  • Gold, chrome, cat-eye or other accent finishes

  • A mixture of subtle and statement nails

Where possible, we’ll agree the overall colour palette, style and key design details before your set is made.

Please note that handmade nail art can vary slightly from reference images or digital concepts. These small differences are part of what makes each custom set unique.

Turnaround Time

Because every custom set is designed and handmade individually, custom orders may take a little longer than our standard collection sets.

Please allow approximately 10 days from final design approval.

If you need your nails for a specific date, please let us know when enquiring.

We’ll always be clear about whether your required date is achievable before accepting the order.

For weddings, holidays or important events, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Custom Orders & Returns

Custom sets are created specifically for you based on your chosen design, shape and sizing.

For this reason, custom and bespoke orders cannot usually be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not as agreed.

Pricing

Custom sets are priced separately from our standard collections due to the additional design and making time involved.

Custom sets start from £40.

The final price will depend on the complexity of the design, materials used and level of customisation required.

You’ll always be given a price before your order is confirmed.

Any additional premium finishes, embellishments or particularly detailed nail art may carry an additional charge.

Sizing

For the best possible fit, we strongly recommend using an AltogetherNails Sizing Kit before ordering a custom set.

Your custom nails will be made using the sizes you provide, so it’s important that these are correct before production begins.

If you have previously ordered the same shape from AltogetherNails and already know your sizing, you can simply provide your existing sizes.

If you are changing to a different nail shape, we recommend sizing again, as fit can vary slightly between shapes.
